Terms of Service

The terms for using ARRSAL’s financial workspace, subscriptions, and connected accounting workflows.

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Using ARRSAL

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ARRSAL website and financial workspace. In these terms, “ARRSAL,” “we,” and “us” refer to the provider of the service, and “you” refers to the person or business using it. By registering for or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you use ARRSAL for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization. Subject to your subscription and permissions, ARRSAL grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for lawful internal business purposes.

2. Accounts and company access

Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and keep your contact details current. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for ensuring that people you invite have appropriate company permissions.

Available actions depend on your assigned role and subscription status. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or access another person’s account or company data without authorization. Contact us through Help if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

3. Trials, subscriptions, and payment

Current subscription prices, currency, and billing intervals are displayed on the Pricing page and during registration. Those displayed details apply to the plan you select; these terms do not create a separate price or billing source.

ARRSAL offers a 14-day free trial with a payment method required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription begins after the trial. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected weekly or monthly billing interval until cancelled.

Stripe processes subscription payments. You authorize charges for the plan you select. You can manage payment details and cancel through the billing portal in Billing & Subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing portal’s confirmation; it does not automatically refund previously paid charges. Contact Help with billing disputes or refund requests. Any rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

4. QuickBooks and connected services

A QuickBooks Online connection requires authorization for the relevant company. You are responsible for having permission to connect that company and for the accuracy and lawful use of the records you provide.

ARRSAL uses supported synchronized accounting data for its financial workspace. Data availability depends on the records, permissions, and connection available from QuickBooks. QuickBooks, Stripe, and other service providers operate under their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside ARRSAL’s control.

5. Financial information, forecasts, and AI

ARRSAL is software for reporting, cash visibility, and accounting review. Reports, forecasts, and AI-assisted analysis support professional judgment; they are not a substitute for accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Review the underlying records, assumptions, and outputs before relying on them. Forecasts describe possible outcomes, not guaranteed results. AI-generated explanations can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for approvals, accounting treatment, filings, and business decisions.

The public demo and marketing examples use clearly labelled fictional sample data. They do not represent actual customer financial performance.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in the records, documents, notes, and other content you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to supply that content. You authorize ARRSAL and the service providers needed for your selected workflows to host, process, and display it to provide and maintain the service, including requested synchronization, reporting, and AI-assisted analysis.

ARRSAL and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding, and service materials. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use ARRSAL unlawfully, submit content you have no right to use, impersonate others, distribute malicious software, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not remove proprietary notices or copy, resell, or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law permits it.

Do not use the service in a way that exposes another company’s confidential information or bypasses company permissions. Raise security concerns through Help rather than testing accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

8. Availability and service changes

ARRSAL may maintain, update, or change the service. Features depend on supported accounting data, connection status, and account permissions. No specific uptime, response time, certification, or uninterrupted availability is promised by these terms.

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, address misuse, comply with law, or respond to payment or permission issues. Contact Help if you believe access has been restricted in error.

9. Ending your use of the service

You can stop using ARRSAL and cancel future subscription renewals through the billing portal. Cancellation, disconnecting a provider, and requesting deletion of stored information are separate actions.

Make arrangements for your business records before ending your use of the service. Contact Help about account closure, retained records, or personal-information requests. Retention and deletion are subject to applicable legal requirements and authorized company instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that all information or AI output will be accurate, that the service will be error-free, or that it will meet a particular professional requirement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARRSAL is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes and contact

Updates to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Any applicable legal requirements for notice or consent continue to apply.

For questions about these terms or an issue with the service, contact ARRSAL through the Help form. If a provision is not enforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
